Pastry of your choice for a double crust pie Glaze 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tbsp (15 mL) milk Filling 5 cups (1.25 L) mixed berries: blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries 3/4 cup (175 mL) granulated sugar, or to taste 1/4 cup (50 mL) cornstarch 2 tbsp (25 mL) melted butter Granulated sugar for sprinkling on pastry

Description

Any Mixture Of Berry Fruits Make A Bumbleberry Pie, But The Mixture Below Is My Particular Favourite. The Pie Will Freeze, Unbaked For Up To 2 Months. Bake From The Frozen Stage For About 1 Hour 15 Minutes.
