Scones 1 cup (375 mL) all-purpose flour 2 tbsp (25 mL) sugar 1 tsp (6 mL) baking powder tsp (1 mL) baking soda tsp (2 mL) salt (not heaping) cup (125 mL) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 1/3 cup (75 mL) dried cranberries, chopped cup (125 mL) buttermilk Filling cup (125 mL) cranberry orange marmalade (recipe follows) 6 oz (175 g) Stilton cheese cup (50 mL) dried cranberries cup (50 mL) chopped chives

Description

This Recipe Balances The Sweetness Of The Cranberry-orange Marmalade With The Sharp Stilton. The Scones Can Be Made Separately And Eaten For Breakfast Or With Strawberry Jam And Cream At A Tea Party.
