- 2Â 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 1Â 1/2 c. Blueberries (I use fresh, but imagine frzn would work)
- 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (or possibly more to taste)
