1 C. packed brown sugar
2/3 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 C. (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
4Â tsp. ground cinnamon
This ingredient list yields about 24 muffins when using a regular 12-cup muffin pan. You can cut this recipe in half if you only want to make one batch of 12 muffins.
