Ahi Poke Salad Recipe


  • 1/2 c. Canola oil
  • 2 x Wheat-flour tortillas
  • 4 ounce Fresh ahi filets - cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh ogo, (edible seaweed)
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 handf fresh salad greens
  • 1/2 c. Cooked somen, (thin white wheat noodles)
