Rob’s Spicy Seared Ahi Tacos W/toasted Sesame Slaw & Ponzu-wasabi Mayo

Ingredients

8 ounce fresh Ahi tuna steak

1 tablespoon black sesame seeds – Kuro Goma

1/4 cup and 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Kosher salt

3 cups shredded Napa cabbage

1/2 cup shredded red cabbage

1/3 cup carrot cut into matchsticks

1 sliced green onion

2 tablespoons canola oil separated and 1 teaspoon

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 garlic clove grated

1 one inch piece fresh ginger grated

Pinch of sugar to taste

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Kikkoman Ponzu Sauce**/ or soy sauce with a squirt of fresh lime juice

2 teaspoons wasabi paste
