Adios Anemia Recipe


  • 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt, lowfat
  • 1 c. vanilla soy lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. prunes (pitted, rehydrated if necessary)
  • 1 whl banana, frzn sliced
  • 2 x ice cubes crushed (2 to 4)


Combine The Yogurt And Soy Lowfat Milk In A Blender. Add In All The Remaining Ingredients. Blend Till Smooth. Yield: 2 1/2 C.
