- 1/2 c. Mixed onions, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Shallots, finely minced
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
- 1 x Egg
- 1Â 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- Â Â Clarified unsalted butter, for frying
- 1Â 1/2 c. Heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. Shallots, minced
- 1/2 c. Ripe tomatoes. seeded, peeled and minced
- 2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh herbs, minced (tarragon, basil, cilantro, marjoram, chives, etc.)
- 1 x Lime, Juice of
- Â Â Salt pepper to taste
- 4 ounce Unsalted butter, room temperature
