Ingredients

  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. Warm water
  • 8 ounce Lean grnd lamb or possibly beef
  • 1/2 x Onion, finely minced
  • 1 c. Minced raw kale
  • 1/2 c. Cilantro, minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Sherry, vermouth or possibly brandy
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper or possibly
  • 1/2 tsp Warm chili paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Minced onion
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 x Jalapeno Peppers, Sliced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Dry grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric
  • 1 1/2 c. Raw broccoli, minced
  • 1/2 x Red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. Mashed Baking Potatoes
  • 1/4 c. Minced cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. Yogurt
  •     Juice of 1/2 lime
  •     Salt and Cayenne to taste
  • 1 bn Kale to line steamer
