  • 1 stalk celery, cut into fine
  •     julienne
  • 2 stalk bok choy cabbage, cut into fine
  •     julienne
  • 1/4 x red onion, medium,cut into
  •     fine julienne
  • 4 x snow peas, cut into fine
  •     julienne
  • 2 x scallions, cut into fine
  •     julienne
  • 3/4 c. green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sherry
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp plum wine
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp grnd coriander
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp gingerroot, grated fresh
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, minced fresh or possibly
  •     parsley
  • 1/4 c. bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 6 sht phyllo dough vegetable oil spray
