Layered Vegetarian Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 x potatoes sliced
  • 1 lrg onion sliced
  • 2 x carrots sliced
  • 1 x green pepper sliced
  • 1 x zucchini sliced
  • 1 c. corn frzn or possibly fresh
  • 1 c. peas frzn or possibly fresh
  •     mushrooms
  •     broccoli
  •     green beans
  • 2 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. Tamari soy sauce low-sodium
  • 1 tsp thyme grnd
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp sage
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley

Description

Layer Vegetables In Large Casserole In Order Given. Mix Together Ingredients For Sauce And Pour Over Vegetables. Cook Six Hrs At High Or Possibly 12 At Low.
