  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 c. Pitted prunes
  • 1 c. Dry appricots
  • 2 med Red pears, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Amaretto
  • 1 tsp Shredded lemon peel
