Panfish Chowder Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 slc Bacon, cut into 1-inch
  • 2/3 c. Onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. Celery, minced
  • 3 med Potatoes, peeled and
  •     Cubed
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Carrots, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 lb Panfish fillets, perch, sunfish, or possibly crappie,
  •     Cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 c. Half-&-half cream
