- 1/2 c. oil for marinated artichokes
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 bouillon cube (either beef or possibly chicken)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3/4 pound spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley (or possibly serve fresh parsley at table)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
