• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
• 1 Tbsp. chopped shallots
• 2 tsp chopped garlic
• 2 tsp chopped ginger
