- 4 slc bacon, cut into small pcs
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 1 bn arugula
- 4 x boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/2 pounds), patted dry
