Ingredients
- 1 lb Red Snapper or any type of fish you'd like.
- 2 limes
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder (El Guapo- Chile Con limon)
- 1 Jalapeno coarsely chopped
- Chopped Cilantro leaves ( how much ever you'd like to add)
- 1/2 Tsp of sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- Garnish:
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1/2 a head of Cabbage
- small bundle of Cilantro
- 4 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Of White Onions
- grilled yellow or white corn (optional)
- I normally like to add Tapatio and either sour cream or Crema Fresco . it is so yummy!
