  • 10 fl ounce Water, (boiled)
  • 250 gm Flat green beans, sliced
  • 2 ounce Almonds, flaked
  • 2 slc Parma ham
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten on a plate
  • 4 ounce Flour on a plate
  • 4 ounce Breadcrumbs on a plate
  • 4 x Tomatoes, skinned, seeded and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ounce Butter
