  • 6 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. Rice vinegar
  • 2 c. Vegetable oil, (for deep frying)
  • 1/2 pkt Wonton skins, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 x 1 1/2 ounces rice-stick noodles, (mai fun)*
  • 8 c. Sliced iceberg lettuce
  • 2 c. Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 pkt Japanese fish cake, * cut into strips (optional) (6 1/2-oz)
  • 1/2 c. Liquid removed cucumbers from cucumber kimchi, * sliced (optional)
  • 5 x Green onions, sliced
