Ann's Scallops Recipe


  • 2 pound sea or possibly bay scallops
  • 4 T melted butter
  • 1/4 T garlic salt
  • 4 T lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 T orange juice or possibly sherry flavoring (2 T sherry & 2 T orange juice)


Put Together Melted Butter, Salt, Garlic, Lemon Juice And Oregano; Pour Over Scallops. Let Stand 10 Min. Drain And Save Marinade. Arrange Scallops In A Shallow Pan. Broil 4 Inches…
