- 1 can Garbanzo beans

- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Rice raw
- 2 x Yams
- Â Â Several fresh tomatoes (or possibly large can)
- 1 x Garlic clove (or possibly more to taste)
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
