Artichoke/shrimp Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 T butter
  • 4 1/2 T flour
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. half & half
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lg. cans artichoke hearts
  • 2 lbs. shrimp, cooked & cleaned or possibly 1 pound crab
  • 10 ounce fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Paprika

Description

Heat 4 1/4 Tbsp Butter. Stir In Flour. Add In Creams, Stirring Constantly. When Thick, Add In Salt And Pepper. Drain Artichokes And Cut In Half. Place On Bottom Of Casserole Dish.…
