  • 8 oz. cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 lb. baby shrimp, cooked and cleaned
  • 8 artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
  • 10 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 Tbs. salted butter
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 C. Béchamel Sauce
  • 2 Tbs. sherry
  • 1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 pinch of salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1 C. prepared rice
