Ingredients
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1 lb Lean grnd pork, (or possibly chicken, veal, turkey, beef, etc)
- 2 Tbsp. Cool water
- 1 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Finely minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 lb Chinese cabbage, (or possibly bok choy, spinach, scallions), trimmed and finely minced ( 2 c.)
- 4 Tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
- 4 tsp Chopped fresh ginger
- 4 Tbsp. Chopped scallion
- 6 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 4 tsp Chinese rice vinegar or possibly cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Low salt chicken stock
- 2 tsp Sugar
