Artichokes With Herbs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lrg Artichokes (or possibly 4 medium)
  • 1 sm Carrot
  • 1 sm Onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley minced
  • 1/2 tsp Basil leaves dry
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dill weed
  • 1 x Garlic clove
  •     Salt
  • 1 c. dry white wine
  •     Pepper to taste
