Lamb In Cook Pot Recipe

  • 1 1/2 lb Lean, boneless lamb from
  •     or possibly shoulder
  • 2 ounce Cellophane noodles
  • 1/4 lb Fresh spinach
  • 1/4 lb Celery cabbage
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame-seed oil
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar dissolved in, 1 tb boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter thinned with, 4 tb boiling water
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. mashed red bean curd
  • 4 c. Chicken stock fresh or possibly, canned
  • 1 x Finely minced scallions
  • 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp. finely minced peeled, ginger root
  • 1/8 c. Finely minced parsley
