• 3 cups chicken stock, 1 cup coconut milk
• 1/4 chinese cabbage, shredded
• 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1+1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
• Juice of 1 lime, 1 teaspoon raw sugar
• To serve; celery and coriander leaves, sliced spring onions and toasted, shredded coconut.
