- 1/4 x grnd nutmeg
- 300 ml brandy
- 225 gm plain white flour
- 1 pch salt
- 150 gm butter
- 2 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 1 x egg yolk
- Â Â To finish:1 egg white lightly beaten
- Â Â caster sugar for sprinkling
