- 2 Tbsp. Chives
- 1/4 c. Grated cotija or possibly Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Lime marinade from jicama Chile Strips
- 2 x Poblano or possibly Anaheim chiles
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. Stone-grnd cornmeal
- 1/4 c. Canola oil
