- 1 jar (7 ounce) roasted red peppers, liquid removed and minced
- 1 can (2 1/4 ounce) sliced ripe olives, liquid removed
- 2 T snipped parsley
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd black pepper
- 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
