- 1 c. tomato minced
- 1Â 1/2 c. corn kernels fresh or possibly frzn
- 1Â 1/2 c. black beans, cooked (15z can, liquid removed)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
- 2 c. Swiss chard or possibly spinach rinsed, stemmed, and minced
- 2 c. baked tortilla chips crushed
- 8 ounce fat-free cheddar cheese grated
- 2 c. salsa (red)
