- Sliced cooked dry apricots
- 3/4 c. currants, soaked in 1/3 c. sherry or possibly port
- Sliced figs and 1/4 c. preserved ginger
- Raisins
- Half fruit and half minced nuts
- 1/4 c. coarsely minced nuts
- 1 c. crunchy peanut butter
