- 2 x Tomatoes, red ripe diced
- 2 c. Long-grain rice converted
- 3 c. Chicken stock fresh or possibly canned
- 1 pch Saffron or possibly turmeric optional
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Red-pepper flakes crushed
- 1/4 tsp Thyme whole
- 10 ounce Frzn peas - (1 pkg) thawed
- 2 x Red bell peppers, sweet cut into rings
- 10 ounce Frzn artichoke hearts - (1 pkg) thawed
- 1 lb Squid cleaned, and
- Â Â cut into circles
- 1/2 lb Large shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1Â 1/2 lb Clams in the shell rinsed
- 1 c. Dry white wine
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Â Â Salt to taste
