- 1/2 c. Diced raw pork
- 1/2 c. Diced raw veal
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Minced pimento
- 1 x Hard cooked egg
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 x Stuffed green olives, sliced
- 1/4 c. Minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- 1 Tbsp. Raisins
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
