Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x (14-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, liquid removed & minced (reserve liquid)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 x (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 3 x cloves garlic, chopped or possibly crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid from artichokes
  •     Pepper to taste
  • 1 lrg , sourdough round
  • 1 sm sourdough loaf for extra bread
