Ingredients
- 4 medium slices of fish, (fillet fish I think is best)
- dash of salt
- dash of white ground pepper
- 1/3 cup of cornstarch
- some oil for frying
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine
- 2 tsp ground black pepper or less ( you can actually use fresh black peppercorns)
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 medium onion sliced like rings, not so thin but not thick
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 block of butter, divided into four parts
