  • 1 1/2 lb Chicken Wings
  • 4 whl Chinese Black Mushrooms
  • 3 whl Scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 whl Gingerroot Slices, Size Of A Quarter
  • 1 c. Celery Cabbage, Coarsely Minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 c. Chicken Stock
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Dry Sherry
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch, Mixed With
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
