Artichoke Casserole Recipe


  • 1 x or possibly 2 cans artichokes hearts (rinsed well) squash thru fingers
  • 3 x - 4 cloves garlic chopped (more if desired)
  • 1 sm onion chopped
  •     salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  •     Italian bread crumbs (sufficient as not to be too wet but still moist like if you form a ball with mix it will not fall apart easily)


Mix All Ingredients Together; Adjust Seasonings; If You Need More Garlic, Add In It Now. Put In A Greased 8 X 10 Baking Dish Bake At 350 Till Top Is Browned. (approx. 30 - 45 Min)
