  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Vinegar, cider
  • 2 tsp Ginger root, chopped
  • 5 x Chilies, mild green
  • 3 x Garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. Celery, diced
  • 3/4 c. Carrot, grated
  • 16 x Spring roll wrappers
  • 3/4 c. Pickled ginger juice or possibly:2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar, white
  • 1/2 lb Chicken, grnd
  • 3/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 x Chilies, yellow wax (WEAR GLOVES)
  • 1 x Cilantro, bunch, chopped
  • 2 x Jalapeno chilies, chopped (WEAR GLOVES)
  • 2 c. Napa cabbage, diced
  • 1 c. Cellophane noodles
  • 1 x Egg yolk, beaten
  • 3/4 c. Unseasoned rice vinegar
  •     Salt to taste
