Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoon butter
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 4 stalks asparagus, minced
  • 4 scallions, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 8 ounce bay scallops (if lg., cut in 2 inch slices)
  • 2 teaspoon dry sherry or possibly white cooking wine
  • 2 T Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
