- 1/2 c. cured black and green olives
- 5 ounce fresh mozzarella cheese, up to 8
- Â Â or possibly soy mozzarella
- Â Â thinly sliced, (1 1/2 to 2 c.)
- 4 ounce hard goat cheese
- Â Â chilled and thinly sliced, (optional)
- 1 c. liquid removed jarred pepperoncini peppers
- 1 c. liquid removed jarred roasted peppers
- Â Â red and/or possibly yellow
- 1 sprg fresh basil for garnish
