3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
salt and pepper
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons minced sage leaves
wonton wrappers
Brown Butter Sauce
1/2 cup unsalted butter
handful of dried cherries or dried cranberries
handful dried pecans
salt and pepper to season
