1 pomegranate, seeds only (reserve some seeds to serve)
4 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tsp fig syrup
3 tsp soy sauce
4 tsp fruit vinegar
2 tsp agave syrup or clear honey
4 tsp walnut oil
4 tsp olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
