  • 100g/4oz unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 x 400g/14oz cans apricots

  • 1 packet orange jelly (about 135g/4½oz)

  • 250g/9oz curd cheese

  • 110g/4oz cream cheese

  • 25g/1oz caster sugar

  • 150ml/5fl oz double cream, lightly whipped until soft peaks form when the whisk is removed

  • 2 tbsp apricot jam

  • 2 tbsp toasted flaked almonds
