  • 1 cup canola oil

  • SALAD:
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated, trimmed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 10 ounces mixed baby greens
  • 12 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 12 lb fresh goat cheese, crumbled
