Apple Cranberry Pork Roast


  • 1 (3 to 4 lb) boneless pork loin roast (I used a boneless pork shoulder roast, cheaper!)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 c brown sugar (I used Splenda brown sugar, 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 c apple juice
  • 2 apples, cored, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


This Turned Out Great! Give It A Try, Use The Broth To Cook Your Rice. No Leftovers From This Meal.
