tomato ketchup
 
2 tbsp chilli sauce
 
2 tbsp cooking oil (you could use the oil of your choice)
 
3-4 tbsp of sugar (preferably brown sugar)
 
2-3 tbsp apple cidar vinegar
 
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
 
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
 
1 pork shoulder (boneless)
 
Salt to taste
