  • drizzle of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup lentils, rinsed and picked over
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • salt and pepper
