  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 rounded teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 1 (14-ounce can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, made with Key limes or regular limes
  • 1 1/2 cups fine graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
