  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup, plus 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • Chili sesame oil, Sriracha, or another hot sauce
